ABBEY CLUSTER
Bernard Sexton, Composer of the Eucharistic Congress Hymn ‘Though
we are many' will conduct a music workshop in St. Flannan's College, Ennis on Saturday, 25th February from 3pm to 6pm to teach
his new Mass setting ‘Mass of Renewal' and more. All choirs and musicians are most welcome to attend. This event is
being hosted by the Abbey Cluster which consists of Clarecastle/Ballyea, Doora-Barefield, Ennis and Quin-Maghera-Clooney.
FUNDRAISER
St. John Bosco Community College, Kildysart are holding a monster auction on Sunday, 26th February in
aid of upgrading the school facilities. The auction will commence at 1.30pm at the school. Small items can be dropped at school
during school hours on Saturday, 25th February between 12-2pm. Cakes and pastries can be dropped in on Sunday. Your support
is appreciated.

CUTS AND OUR COMMUNITY
A very important meeting is taking place on Monday, February 20th at 8pm in The West County Hotel
with regards to the cut backs in small schools. The new regulations will impact on the schools in our parish. This might be
your only opportunity to meet our politicians and voice your opinion. We need to stand up and make it known that our community
is vibrant.
