Coolmeen's Frank Kennedy, now a retired Garda Sergeant was one of Clare's
greatest footballers ever recorded. The gentle giant gave close on four decades to the playing field. He proudly played with
Coolmeen, Clare, Munster and the Irish Garda Team. In this short summary we get a glimpse of Frank while representing Clare,
